2 teaspoons garlic powder |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme |
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper |
8 boneless skinless chicken thighs |
Directions:
1. Mix together the first 9 ingredients in a small bowl. 2. Rub spice mixture evenly over chicken. 3. Heat a large nonstick skillet over med-high heat. 4. Coat pan with cooking spray. 5. Add chicken to skillet; cook 5 minutes on each side or until done. |
