A spread for toast. Adapted from the American Diabetes Association. cottage cheese, jam, non-fat powdered milk cvt Ingredients:
1/4 cup 1% cottage cheese |
2 tbsp reduced sugar strawberry preserves |
1 tbsp dry milk |
Directions:
1. In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, jam and dry powdered milk and spread on one slice of toast. |
