Low sugar and yummy.Prep time includes chill time Ingredients:
1/3 cup butter |
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese |
1 cup flour |
2/3 cup low sugar jam |
Directions:
1. In food processor combine butter and cottage cheese til smooth. 2. Put flour in medium bowl, stir in cottage cheese mixture; mix well. 3. Wrap dough in plastic wrap chill til firm. 4. Divide dough in half; roll out 12 x12 square; cut each into 16 squares. 5. Put a teaspoon jam in center of each square. 6. Pull corners of each square over jam, sealing edges firmly. 7. Bake350 degrees F 15-18 minutes or til edges are brown. |
