A peachy twist to the ole cheese dip. Ingredients:
10 oz. cream cheese, softened |
2/3 c. peach jam |
4 oz.( about 1 can) chopped green chiles, drained |
1 t. chopped jalapeño chile |
1 c. shredded colby cheese |
1 c. shredded monterey jack cheese |
tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese, jam, green chiles and jalapeño chile in a mixing bowl, scraping the side of the bowl occasionally. Spoon into a 9x9 inch dish. Sprinkle with cheeses. Chill covered until ready to use. Serve with tortilla chips. |
