A Smooth Creamy Potato Soup with a Kick!
Ingredients:
3 cups chicken stock
3 cups potatoes; peeled and diced small
1 fresh whole jalapeƱo chile; sliced thin crossways
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fine ground white pepper
2 cups grated cheddar cheese, cheddar
3 tablespoons butter
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Directions:
1. Cook the diced potatoes and the sliced Jalapeno chile in the stock until potatoes are done.
2. Add the seasoning and the grated cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted.
3. Add butter then milk and heat thoroughly.
4. Serve with freshly cracked black pepper on the surface of the soup.
