Got to make this and it the right time of year to make it for breakfast biscuits or over eggs Ingredients:
1 1/3 cup milk |
4 teaspoons all-purpose flour |
2 breakfast sausage patties |
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh jalapeño pepper |
2 teaspoons southwest or mexican seasoning |
1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese (2 ounces) |
Directions:
1. In medium nonstick saucepan whisk together milk and flour. Stir in sausage patties, jalapeño pepper and seasoning. Cook and stir over medium heat until boiling and slightly thickened. 2. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in cheese until melted. |
