A creamy spread, dip or dressing for veggies, breads, or whatever you can think of. A spicy alternative to mayonnaise. Ingredients:
1 (12 1/3 ounce) package lite firm tofu |
1/3 cup sliced jalapeno (in jar or can) |
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar |
minced garlic |
onion flakes |
white pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree together until you get a smooth consistency. |
