Had this at an office party recently (yes, we party a lot - and get lots of work done, too) and HAD to have the recipe! Serve with corn chips and dip away...and away...and away........... Ingredients:
2 cans white shoepeg corn |
1 c. fresh jalapeno peppers, finely diced |
1/2 c. mayonnaise |
1/2 c. sour cream |
2 t. chopped green onions |
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix together all of the above, chill, and serve with corn chips. 2. NOTE: Haven't tried this yet, but I think it would be really good mixed with plain rice and served as a salad, too. 3. NOTE 2: The original recipe called for banana peppers, but Mashawn used jalapenos instead. We all loved the heat! |
