We call 'em rattlers, they're hot going down but not coming out! Ingredients:
1 lb bacon |
1 lb jalapenos, seeded and cored |
1 cream cheese |
toothpicks |
Directions:
1. Rinse jalapenos to remove stray seeds 2. Fill jalapenos with cream cheese( I use a butter) knife, you may want to wear gloves, the oils can be painful! 3. Take one slice of bacon and beginning at top wrap around pepper, esp. cover the opening to prevent crm chs from oozing. 4. secure with toothpicks. 5. Grill over indirect then direct heat, as they will cause flare-ups. 6. Allow to cool, I glaze mine with BBQ sauce. 7. NJoy |
