jalapeno potatoes |
4 to 5 med. red potatoes |
1 sm. bell pepper, slivered |
1 sm. jar pimentos |
1/2 stick of butter |
1 tbsp. flour |
1 cup milk |
1/2 roll garlic cheese |
1/2 roll jalapeno cheese |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Slice Potatoes in thin slices and boil until tender but not mushy. Butter the casserole dish and gently layer or mix in the bell pepper and pimentos. Melt butter in saucepan and add flour, stir until well blended. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly. Add the cheeses to a bowl and melt in microwave and poor over the potatoes.
