These poppers are an all-time favorite amongst my friends. Every time I'm invited to a get together, everyone wants me to bring em. I can't tell you how many times I've had to write this recipe down for people. Simple to make. Best poppers I've ever eaten!! Ingredients:
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese |
8 ounces cream cheese |
8 slices bacon (1/2 pkg., cooked & crumbled) |
20 jalapenos |
1 cup breadcrumbs |
Directions:
1. Mix cheeses and bacon. 2. Slice jalapeƱos in-half lengthwise, scrape out seeds. 3. Stuff with cheese mixture. 4. Roll in bread crumbs to cover the cheese top. 5. Preheat oven to 375 deg. 6. Cook for 25-40 minutes. 7. The longer you cook them the less spicy they are. |
