You will want to eat this with a spoon! It tastes just like jalapeno poppers. Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained |
2 ounces canned diced jalapeno peppers, drained |
1 cup grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Stir together cream cheese and mayonnaise in a large bowl until smooth. 2. Stir in green chiles and jalapeno peppers. 3. Pour mixture into a large baking dish, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. 4. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for about 30 minutes until the cheese is browned on top. 5. If you want a crispier top, toss some Panko crumbs with olive oil and sprinkle over the top of the cheese before baking. 6. Best dippers for this: Toasted baguette slices or Butter crackers. |
