This Jalapeño Popper dip is a favorite of mine. It's very easy to make, and goes well on thinly sliced baguette, chips, or crackers Ingredients:
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, room temperature |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup shredded mexican cheese blend |
1/4 cup green chilies, diced |
1/4 cup jalapeños, diced |
pinch of chili powder |
pinch of smoked paprika |
1 cup panko breadcrumbs |
1/4 cup grated parmesan |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
Directions:
1. In a casserole dish, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded cheese, chilies, jalapeños, and spices. 2. In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and melted butter until crumbly. 3. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over the dip and bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until top is browned and the dip is bubbly. 4. Serve with chips, crackers, thinly sliced baguette, or veggies. |
