Mini phyllo cups filled with a creamy,cheesy jalapeno filling are a more sophisticated version of the jalapeno pepper. Ingredients:
12 mini phyllo tart shells |
4 oz cream cheese,softened |
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese |
2 jalapeno peppers,seeded and chopped |
1 tbs hot pepper sauce |
bacon bits |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place phyllo cups onto baking sheet. 2. Stir together cream cheese,Cheddar cheese,jalapenos and hot sauce in a bowl. Spoon mixture into phyllo cups. Sprinkle bacon bits on top. 3. Bake until golden brown,about 15 to 20 mins. Serve warm |
