Jalapeño Pie Mini Tarts

I got this off a message board and am putting here for same keeping. I bet they would make a great appetizer or snack.
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) jar sliced jalapeno peppers
1 (8 ounce) package shredded monterey jack cheese
6 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon dried parsley
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Grease mini tart pans.
3. Placed desired amount of jalapeños in tart pans.
4. Cover with Monterey Jack cheese.
5. Fill almost to the top with egg.
6. Sprinkle with parsley.
7. Bake in the preheated oven 10 minutes, or until firm and lightly browned.
8. Cool 1 to 2 minutes before removing from tart pans.
