I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Favorite Brand Name Velveeta Recipes. Ingredients:
1 lb sirloin steaks or 1 lb boneless chicken, cut into strips |
16 ounces frozen peppers and onions, strips thawed, drained |
12 ounces velveeta mexican cheese, cut up |
Directions:
1. Spray large skillet with no stick cooking spray. Add steak; cook on high heat 2 minutes or until no longer pink; remove from skillet. 2. Stir in vegetables; cook 2 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low. 3. Add velveeta; stir until melted. Stir in steak. Serve over hot cooked minute white rice or on tortillas. |
