People love this little appetizer and always ask for the recipe, which is totally easy! FYI, I use the chilies that are pre-sliced in a jar, and just chop them up. Use less chilies if you don't want these too spicy. Ingredients:
4 ounces jalapeno chiles |
10 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
4 eggs, lightly beaten |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 325°F 2. Chop the chilies, and sprinkle them on the bottom of a 10 pie pan or quiche dish. Top with the cheese and pour over the beaten eggs. 3. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool for about 15 minutes and then cut into 1 squares to serve. |
