Jalapeno Lime Slaw

This tangy, creamy slaw is so easy to toss together. It's great for a burgers on the grill night, a picnic or a Mexican themed summer meal. As with most slaws, the longer it sits, the better it is, so plan ahead at least a couple hours! Read more !
Ingredients:
about 4 cups shredded cabbage or cole slaw mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3t honey
juice from 2-3 limes
2-4t jarred or canned jalapenos, diced
2t pasilla, ancho or chipotle powder
1t ground coriander
1/4 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro, roughly torn or chopped
Directions:
1. Combine mayo, honey, lime juice, chili powder and coriander in large bowl, and whisk well.
2. Add cabbage and jalapenos and stir to combine and coat.
3. Let chill a couple of hours, if possible and stir well before serving.
