Jalapeno Ginger Chicken Wings |

Yummy, spicy, sweet, and crispy. From Life's Ambrosia. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs chicken wings, drumettes preferred |
4 garlic cloves, minced |
1 jalapeno, minced |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 tablespoon peanut oil |
1 teaspoon fresh ginger |
2 teaspoons rice vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds |
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings. 3. In a bowl whisk remaining ingredients together. Place chicken wings in a bowl and pour jalapeno mixture over the top. Seal bag and shake to coat. 4. Place chicken wings in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Turn over and bake for another 15 – 20 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and cooked through. 5. Serve. |
