JALAPENO DIP This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Nortel Estate in Fort Worth, Texas in 1982. Ingredients:
2 cups plain yogurt |
2 tablespoons fresh mint |
2 tablespoons fresh parsley |
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro |
2 tablespoon minced white onion |
2 fresh jalapeno peppers |
2 diced plum tomatoes |
1/4 teaspoon cumin |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Blend mint, parsley, cilantro, onions and peppers in blender then add yogurt and stir well. 2. Add cumin, salt and diced tomatoes and mix well then refrigerate one hour before serving. |
