Good for potluck, back yard bbq, etc. Adapted from Natalie H. of Mommy of a Monster and Twins blogsite. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, room temperature (1 stick) |
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature |
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese |
3 jalapenos, seeded and finely diced |
3 (11 ounce) cans white shoepeg corn, drained |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a 13x9 pan. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Stir again before serving. |
