This spicy corn dish is the final piece you need with any mexican meal! Ingredients:
1 8 oz cream cheese |
2 16 oz cans of shoe peg corn |
4 jalapenos |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees 2. Melt all 8 oz of cream cheese on stove top until it's a thick paste 3. Dice 4 jalapenos (removing seeds obviously) 4. use a small baking dish and combine melted cream cheese, shoe peg corn and diced jalapenos 5. Bake for 15-20 mins |
