JALAPENO CORN This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Almond Estate in Grand Prairie Texas in 1992. Ingredients:
3 cans whole kernel corn well drained |
4 ounces cream cheese |
1/4 cup butter |
1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic |
1 large jalapeno sliced |
Directions:
1. Melt butter then add cream cheese and stir with wire whisk until creamy and smooth. 2. Add garlic then add drained corn to mixture. 3. Continue to heat until hot then stir in jalapeno and simmer 5 minutes. |
