A spicy hot low fat version. Ingredients:
6 cups shredded cabbage or 6 cups coleslaw mix |
2 tomatoes, chopped |
6 green onions, coarsely chopped |
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped |
1/4 cup cider vinegar |
3 -4 tablespoons honey |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. |
