Jalapeno Breadmachine Bread

This bread goes very well with my jalapeno croutons
Ingredients:
7 ounces of water.
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine.
1/2 cup jalapeno cheese shredded i use habanero shredded cheese.
1/4 to 1/2 cup to your taste jalapeno peppers seeded and deveined i use a mixture of jalapenos and serranos diced finely.
21/4 cups of bread flour.
2 teaspoons of salt.
2 teaspoons of sugar.
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds.
2 teaspoons of active dry yeast.
Directions:
1. 1.) Use French/crusty cycle or standard/white bread cycle.
2. 2.) Add ingredients to bread machine pan according to your manufacturers directions. I just add them in the order I have them listed making sure ro keep the salt and yeast seperated!!!
3. 3.)The sesame seeds can be added with all the ingredients or at the first rise beep.
4. 4.)I make the bread then let it cool then refrigerate it for two days to make slicing easier for the croutons but if you are using it for sandwiches let it cool then slice it fresh.
5. 5.)Makes a 1 or 11/2 pound loaf I have never really weighed it LOL. I set my machine on 11/2 pound loaf though.
