Jalapeno - Artichoke Dip from Channell |

My sister in law brought this dip to Thanksgiving dinner, I'm not a big dip fan, but I couldn't stay out of this one! Really easy and really good! Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup sour cream |
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts |
1 (4 ounce) can chopped jalapeno peppers |
1 -2 cup grated parmesan cheese (depending on how much you like cheese) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a small casserole dish (around 8 inch square), leaving a little cheese out. 2. Sprinkle the extra cheese on top. 3. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. |
