This is one of my favorite dips with Corn Chips. Tortilla chips are good too, but there is just something about these ingredients and corn chips. Yummy! Not diet that is for sure! Ingredients:
2 cans artichoke hearts - not marinated - drained and chopped |
17 oz can mild green chilies |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese |
2 fresh, chopped jalapenos |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Place in Pyrex pan or casserole dish. 3. Bake for 35 minutes in 350 degree oven. 4. Let cool and serve with chips. |
