We had this dip at a party and just couldn't stop eating it. It's not exactly healthy, but a wonderful treat to serve to guests. Ingredients:
12 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and chopped |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
12 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup diced jalapeno (drained) |
crackers or tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Mix all dip ingredients together in baking dish. 2. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. 3. Serve warm with crackers or tortilla chips. |
