This Dish Goes Well With Beef, Chicken or Pork. Everyone That Has Tried It Loves It!
Ingredients:
2 lbs. fresh green beans
2 cloves garlic mashed
1 teaspoon oil (peanut or olive oil is best)
1 pkg. 8 to 10 ounce fresh mushrooms
1 large onion ( whichever you prefer white,red or yellow) cut in wedges
1/4 cup soy sauce
Directions:
1. Heat Oil in Large Fry Pan Over Medium-High Heat
2. Add Crushed or Mashed Garlic
3. Stir Until Brown
4. Reduce Heat To Medium
5. Stir In Green Beans, Onions, And Mushrooms
6. Pour Soy Sauce Evenly Over Vegetables
7. Cover With Lid and Steam For Around 5 to 8 Minutes ( Do Not Overcook)
8. Remove Lid And Serve Hot (may or may not drain liquid)
