Another classic salad dressing. Serving size based on 1/4 cup. Ingredients:
2 teaspoons chopped garlic |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 cup wine vinegar (red or white) |
1 cup extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a jar. 2. Shake well before serving. 3. Keeps refrigerated for up to 2 weeks. |
