A light yummy flavorful slaw!
Ingredients:
1 head cabbage, raw
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, to taste
2 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 black pepper
Directions:
1. Shred cabbage add onion. Feel free to include shredded carrots here too. They add a lot.
2. Mix wet ingredients into a dressing.
3. Pour over cabbage.
4. Season with black pepper and Paprika.
