Ingredients:
4 cups mixed baby lettuces and spring greens
1/2 cup shelled pistachios
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 red onion, thinnly sliced
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 cup cubed feta cheese
Directions:
1. Mix first four ingredients in bowl.
2. combine oil, vinegar, garlic and sugar in jar, shake to mix.
3. add feta if using, and dressing to salad just before serving.
