Named as my husband's favorite dish, egg noodles, tuna, and sour cream make this pasta recipe tasty and quick! Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package uncooked egg noodles |
1 (15 ounce) can peas, drained |
1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup milk |
garlic powder to taste |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles, and cook until tender, about 6 minutes. Drain. 2. While the noodles are cooking, mix together the sour cream, milk, garlic and salt; taste and adjust seasoning if desired. Stir into drained noodles along with peas and tuna. Heat through over low heat, and serve. |
