Made anytime of the year, store tightly if freezing. Great to take out a few along with ice cream for dessert! Ingredients:
2 cups chopped pecans toasted |
1 box ( 12 oz. ) vanilla wafers finely crushed |
2 cups powdered sugar plus extra |
1/2 cup baking cocoa |
1/4 cup corn syrup |
1/3 cup jack daniels tennessee whiskey |
Directions:
1. Being a fan of anything Jack Daniel's, I make these for gift giving for adults anytime of the year ! 2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. 3. Blend well with hands to form and roll into 1 inch balls. 4. Roll balls in powdered sugar. 5. Store air tight 6. Makes 5 dz. 7. Use any kind of nuts if you don't like pecans. 8. I also sometimes add a bit of chopped maraschino cherries, some finely chopped sweet coconut etc |
