My really easy and yummy snow peas. Done in 5 min or your money back! Ingredients:
1 lb fresh snow peas or 1 lb thawed snow peas, cleaned,ends trimmed |
2 tablespoons minced shallots |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon dried basil |
2 tablespoons beef broth |
Directions:
1. In large skillet sauté snow peas and shallots in the oil for about 3 minutes. 2. Add basil and broth and cook for about 2 minutes. 3. Serve immediately. |
