This recipe is from a local Japanese restaurant. Ingredients:
1/2 potato, cut into bite-sized pieces |
1 carrot, slice into bite-sized pieces |
1/2 onion, thinly sliced |
4 tablespoons miso |
1 teaspoon dashi powder |
Directions:
1. In a small soup pan, add water, dashi powder, potato, carrot and onion. 2. Bring it to a boil and cook until vegetables are softened. Add miso gradually by stirring with chopsticks. 3. Serve hot. |
