Ingredients:
1/4 avocado
1 teaspoon lime juice
0.5 (14 ounce) package silk tofu
3 bunches green onions
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tomato, sliced
Directions:
1. Chop green onion and mix with soy sauce and sesame oil.
2. Mash avocado with fork. Add lime juice to keep avocado from turning brown.
3. Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces and top with avocado, then mix in green onions. Serve with thinly sliced tomatoes.
