This recipe is from a local Japanese restaurant. Ingredients:
1/4 avocado |
1 teaspoon lime juice |
0.5 (14 ounce) package silk tofu |
3 bunches green onions |
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 tomato, sliced |
Directions:
1. Chop green onion and mix with soy sauce and sesame oil. 2. Mash avocado with fork. Add lime juice to keep avocado from turning brown. 3. Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces and top with avocado, then mix in green onions. Serve with thinly sliced tomatoes. |
