These little dainty pecan crispies will melt in your mouth. Perfect for a cookie tray. Recipe can be doubled and cookies can be made larger. They are so delicious, you won't believe it! Ingredients:
1 stick unsalted butter |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 egg |
1 cup flour |
1 cup pecans, chopped |
Directions:
1. In mixer bowl, with mixer, cream butter and sugar well
2. Add lightly beaten egg, mix again
3. Add flour and chopped nuts
4. Mix gently
5. Drop a scant teaspoon onto lightly greased* cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart
6. Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes
7. *May use parchment paper
