Very very great! Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 cups brown sugar |
2/3 cup vegetable oil |
1 egg |
2 1/2 cups flour |
1 1/2 cups cranberries |
1/2 cup pecans, chopped |
2 tablespoons sugar |
butter, for topping |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 325°F. 2. In a small bowl, stir sour cream, vanilla, and salt with a spoon. 3. In another small bowl, combine brown sugar, oil,a nd egg with an electric mixer. 4. Pour both mixtures into a larger bowl and mix together. 5. Gradually add the flour to the mixture. Fold in cranberries and pecans without stirring too thoroughly. 6. Pour batter into cups of a greased muffin pan. Sprinkle tops with sugar and place a dab of butter on each. 7. Bake for 30 minutes. |
