Typed recipe stapled inside my grandmother's handwritten spiral notebook of Weight Watchers recipes from the 70s or 80s. I haven't tried it, but a notation in her handwriting in red ink says Good, so we'll hope she's right. Ingredients:
1 cup zucchini, cooked |
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules |
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning |
1 teaspoon onion flakes |
1/4 cup tomato puree |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a small saucepan. Mix gently. 2. Simmer together over low heat 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Makes one serving. |
