Ingredients:
1/2 pound italian sausage
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 cups kale, chopped
1 can chicken broth
2 zucchini, chopped
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp marjoram
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
1. In a large heavy saucepan, brown sausage over medium-high heat. Stir in onion and garlic; cook and stir until soft, about 2 minutes. Now add the kale and cook another 3 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil, lower heat, and simmer for about 8-10 minutes. Soup should be quite thick.
