1/2 pound italian sausage |
1 small onion, diced |
2 cloves garlic, pressed |
2 cups kale, chopped |
1 can chicken broth |
2 zucchini, chopped |
1/2 tsp oregano |
1/2 tsp marjoram |
1/2 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. In a large heavy saucepan, brown sausage over medium-high heat. Stir in onion and garlic; cook and stir until soft, about 2 minutes. Now add the kale and cook another 3 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil, lower heat, and simmer for about 8-10 minutes. Soup should be quite thick. |
