This came from Real Simple magazine. I have not tried this just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
3/4 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley |
1 1/4 teaspoons oregano |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine in bowl and blend. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 2. Drizzle on sandwiches, if desired. |
