Italian Tricolor Layered Dip |

Serve with crackers or bruschetta. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened at room temperature |
6 ounces goat cheese, softened at room temperature |
2 garlic cloves, finely minced |
6 ounces pesto sauce |
8 ounces sun-dried tomatoes, chopped |
Directions:
1. Line a small casserole dish with plastic wrap. Set aside. 2. Mix cream cheese, garlic and goat cheese together. 3. Spread 1/3 of the cheese mixture evenly in the dish. 4. Spread all of the sundried tomatoes on top. 5. Layer another 1/3 of the cheese mixture on top of tomatoes. 6. Spread all of the pesto on top of the cheese. 7. Finish with remaining 1/3 of the cheese mixture. 8. Cover and chill for an hour, or longer. 9. Turn dish upside down onto a serving platter/plate and serve. 10. Buon appetito! |
