Fresh tastes of summer in only 10 min Ingredients:
6 -8 fresh plum tomatoes |
3 -4 chopped fresh garlic cloves |
1 cup chopped fresh basil |
1/2 cup chopped fresh flat leaf parsley |
1/4 cup olive oil |
salt, to taste |
pepper, to taste |
1 lb bow tie pasta or 1 lb rotini pasta |
1/4 cup grated pecorino romano cheese |
Directions:
1. Boil water for pasta and cook as directed. In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients, mix well, drain pasta, add to tomato mixture, top with fresh grated Italian cheese and enjoy. |
