Italian Style Roasted Pierogies |

Serve these with some sour cream for dipping. Ingredients:
1 egg, lightly beaten |
1/3 cup italian style breadcrumbs |
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese |
1 (12 ounce) package frozen potato & cheese pierogies |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. 3. In medium bowl combine egg with 1 tbsp water. 4. In pie plate place bread crumbs and cheese. 5. Dip pierogies in egg then breadcrumbs. 6. Arrange on baking sheet. 7. Roast until crisp and golden about 15 minutes. |
