Italian Steak & Bread Salad |

I found this recipe in the Woman's Day Magazine. This sounds so good, I can't wait to make it for my family. Ingredients:
12 ounces sirloin steaks |
1/2 loaf french bread, split |
garlic-flavored non-stick spray |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
2 cups ripe tomatoes, cut into chunks |
12 ounces baby spinach, arugula and carrots |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1/2 cup vinegar, dressing |
onion, sliced |
blue cheese, crumbled |
Directions:
1. Heat grill. Coat steak and cut surfaces of bread with garlic spray, sprinkle with salt and pepper. 2. Grill steak, turning once, 6 minutes for medium rate, grill bread, cut sides down, 2 minutes or until lightly toasted. 3. Cut bread in chunks, thinly slice steak. Combine in a bowl with remaining ingredients, toss to mix. |
