From Healthy Home Style Cooking, A healthy alternative for spaghetti. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 cup onion, chopped |
1 cup mushroom |
1 cup bell pepper, chopped |
2 garlic cloves |
8 ounces tomato sauce |
6 ounces tomato paste |
2 cups water |
2 tablespoons parsley flakes |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
1 1/2 teaspoons basil |
1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper |
1/2 teaspoon rosemary |
1/2 teaspoon garlic |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Cook ground beef, onions, mushrooms, bell pepper, and garlic until meat is brown. Stir in tomato sauce and tomato paste. Blend well, add water slowly. Stir in rest of ingredients, cover. Simmer 30 minutes. |
