Crock pot bean recipes are wonderfully inexpensive meals. They taste so good and fill you up! Ingredients:
1 lb red potatoes (cut into 4 pieces each) |
1 onion (chopped) |
2 garlic cloves (minced) |
2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans beans |
2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth |
2 cups ham (diced) |
1 teaspoon basil |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Put everything in slow cooker. 2. Cook: Low 8 to 10 hours. |
