Great appetizer! Ingredients:
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/2 cup finely diced celery |
1/2 teaspoon basil leaves |
1/8 teaspoon oregano |
1/8 teaspoon thyme |
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 (6-ounce) bag frozen shrimp, thawed and rinsed |
2 (8-ounce) packages crescent rolls |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Combine first 7 ingredients; stir well. Fold in celery and shrimp. Separate crescent rolls into 8 rectangles. Seal perforations. Spread 2 tablespoons mixture onto rectangle and long side roll-up jelly roll fashion. Pinch ends to seal. Cut into 4 pieces. Place seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet. Do all 8 and bake for 15-20 minutes or brown. |
