Italian Seafood Portobellos

These are really good as an appetizer at parties and so easy to prepare. My family loves them also friends. They always want the recipe.
Ingredients:
25 to 30 medium portobello mushrooms
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. each, salt, pepper and garlic powder
1 can (6-oz.) crabmeat, drained
1 pkg. (5-oz.) frozen cooked shrimp, thawed
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. (16-oz.) italian sausage
1 egg
Directions:
1. Remove stems from mushrooms, chop stems and set aside.
2. Place mushroom caps on waxed paper.
3. Bottom side up, brush caps with oil,
4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder.
5. Pulse in food processor, combine crabmeat, shrimp, cheeses, garlic, pepper and mushroom stems.
6. Pulse 10 to 15 seconds until coarsely chopped.
7. Transfer to a large bowl.
8. Crumble sausage over crabmeat mixture.
9. Add egg, mix just until combined.
10. Spoon into mushroom caps.
11. Place on a greased pan.
12. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees do this before you mix all ingredients so that is why this is at the end of the recipe.
13. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
14. TIP: for a spicier version, ass 1/2 tsp. cayenne and 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes. To make this a meal serve over a bed of pasta with Alfredo sauce.
